Having both a relaxing and therapeutic effect, massage may include Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point, joint mobilizations, cupping, instrument assisted, and stretching. After reviewing your health history and listening to your concerns, we work with you, implementing a variety of techniques to promote tissue healing and achieve your treatment goals.
